The TruPacta solutions are built for Vendor Managers by Vendor Managers who have been managing Third Party Vendor relations for a combined 45 years. Leveraging our expertise in Vendor Management and Financial Strategy our solutions synthesize management theory and practical analytics enabling informed decision making and a robust financial framework in an enterprise application.

TruPacta tracks financial discrepancies for vendor payments, vendor performance score indexing, service entitlements and other key vendor contract metrics. The application offers assurance to contractual obligations running parallel to enterprise systems. Meaning, no disruption to current operations, no switching costs; simply, identify where vendor utility is limiting business performance and fiscal operations could be improved.

Omesh Piryani

Omesh brings extensive supply chain experience in the area of Quote to Cash and Supplier Contract negotiations for a Fortune 15 company managing $1.2B in supplier contracts. Omesh has advised CIO’s at major corporations on IT transformations as a management consultant at a Big 4 firm. Omesh earned his MS from University of Southern California and MBA from University of North Carolina.

Subbu Palanisamy

Subbu brings in 20+ years of experience in Software Product development, Finance and Supply Chain. Subbu held responsibilities of Commercial analytics, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Negotiations and Source to Pay transformation for Fortune 15 company managing $750M in Supplier contracts. Subbu also brings the technical and product development expertise for customer success. Subbu earned his BE from Bharathiar University, India and MBA from North Carolina State University.​

Kamal Nainani

Kamal has worked in the life sciences, and brings 18+ years’ experience in R&D and commercial product supply chain management.  He has had global supply chain accountability at both small companies (fewer than 50 FTE’s) and mid-size corporations ($5B+ revenue).  Kamal has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan, MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, and MBA from the Ohio
State University.​

Michael Faircloth

Mike is experienced in Business Analytics and Vendor Management from his time working in the Telecommunications industry. Mike is adept at transforming internal operations and supplier contracts to reduce operational expenses. Mike brings a demonstrated history of providing actionable analytics to corporate departments with varying KPIs. Mike studied at Elon University earning degrees in Economics, Statistics, and Masters of Science in Organizational Analytics.​
